The Hermitage Medical Clinic is delighted to announce that it will install a state- of- the-art Philips Intellispace PACS with HSS CRIS by October 2014. Since the Hermitage Medical Clinic installed its first RIS PACS in 2007, advances in technology have been substantial and in order to ensure patients and referring clinicians continue to receive the very best service available , HMC will replace the existing system with a state-of-the-art Philips Intellispace PACS and HSS CRIS this year. The Philips systems is designed to improve workflow and efficiency, enabling referring physicians t access diagnostic-quality images and reports once available both on site and remotely, making access to expertise easier than ever.
The Philips Intellispace PACS will also provide users with customisable functionality and new advanced software tools needed to deliver the best possible care to all patients. Users will be able to explore anatomy, pathology and physiology with speed, predictability and confidence. Additional software applications will improve the management of critical findings by allowing the radiology department to communicate and track the receipt of all critical findings.
