Ultrasound, Mammography, CT, MRI and Fluoroscopy are by appointment only. General x-rays are available as a walk in service with a doctor’s referral letter during working hours.
The Diagnostic Imaging Department at the Hermitage Medical Clinic provides the following modalities:
- Digital General X-Ray
- Ultrasound
- 64-Slice CT
- 1.5T MRI
- Digital Mammography
- Digital Fluoroscopy
- Bone Denistometry (Irish Healthcare at the Hermitage Medical Clinic provide Bone Densitometry. Please contact: 01-645 9500 for appointments)
There is also a screening room which provides real-time images. We also have a fully integrated RIS/PACS system
Breast Clinic
There is a weekly breast clinic (Mammogram & Ultrasound) on Tuesday afternoons.
Dental Radiology
Our equipment includes a Dentascan CT option and a Gendex Orthoralix 9200 DDE which is a state-of-the-art digital OPG unit. We offer a Pantomogram, Cephalometric and Tempro mandibular joint service. We also perform dental CT for dental implant surgery.
