The Laboratory in the Hermitage Medical Clinic offers a world class multidisciplinary pathology service. We have a highly skilled team of doctors, medical scientists, laboratory assistants, haemovigilance officers and phlebotomists enabling us to provide a truly comprehensive pathology service. Our new laboratories are equipped with the very latest in pathology diagnostic equipment and this combined with our highly qualified staff and our strict adherence to both external and internal quality assurance programmes ensures that we provide relevant, reliable, rapid and safe results.
The Laboratory can be found on the first floor of the Hermitage Medical Clinic. For more detailed directions please ask at our main reception area. The laboratory is open for routine testing between 8.30am to 5.30pm and offers a 24hr cover for emergency testing.
The Hermitage Medical clinic laboratory processes most of the samples and in collaboration with other laboratories is able to cater for a large repertoire of pathology tests including Haematology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Blood Transfusion, Histopathology and Microbiology.
