Dr. Ursula Behan

Dr. Ursula Behan is a Consultant Ophthalmologist at the Blackrock Clinic. She graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons Dublin in 1999. In 2003, she began training in Ophthalmology in the Royal Victoria Eye & Ear hospital in Dublin. There, she worked in the various sub-specialities of Ophthalmology. Between 2007 and 2014 she worked as a Community Ophthalmic Physician in Sligo General Hospital and the Royal Victoria Eye & Ear hospital. In 2015 Dr. Behan commenced work solely in private practice as a Consultant Ophthalmologist at the Blackrock Clinic. There, she works alongside Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon Professor William Power. She has a special interest in corneal eye disease, cataract and general medical Ophthalmology. Dr Ursula Behan is a member of the Irish College of Ophthalmologists. She is enrolled in a Professional Competence Scheme and is on the Specialist Register for Ophthalmology in Ireland.
